Roasts
Thankyou for giving Hot Rod’s
Roasts the opportunity to quote on your up
coming function. We originally started catering
in 1996 from our café in Lilydale but as it
grew it became obvious that we needed to move
to a new location where we could specialize in
catering. In 2000 we moved to our current shop
which is professionally fitted large commercial
kitchen.
In 2006 we opened a take away
business in North Croydon selling roasts for
take home meals. Unfortunately the take away
was not a success and we had to close it. On a
positive note the take away gave us alot of
advertising which has made our business double
its sales so are now in the throws of decking
out our new Commercial Kitchen in Bayswater. It
is four times the size of our Mooroolbark
store! We will be trading from there in March
2010
You are welcome to come to
the shop to meet with us and to fill out your
booking form for any menu. The business now
supports twenty five staff and
through referrals and repeat business we are
busy all year round. Our repeat customers love
having us back time after time at their
important functions.
Our shop is registered with
the Yarra Valley Shire (No.1154/FOODB2), we are
all very conscientious about hygiene and are in
line with the current health laws. Due to the
success and diversity of our business we have
gained a huge amount of experience, at
Christmas we do up to 20 functions a
day!
We bring you the best range
and quality cooked to perfection every time on
time! Last but not least, we have never run out
of food for the booked number to be catered
for.
